Font Styles

There are many different font styles that I could chose from but I wanted the right one to fit in with the genre I wanted the font style to have its own unique style that showed the genre in a approachable and modern manner so its good for the new teenage market and would make it attractive to them but in its own way. I also wanted the font style to represent the music itself so it links everything together with the font style and the music together which I personally think a magazine should do is link every little detail on the spreads and front cover back to the genre music so it adds emphasis on that this magazine is all about that type of music and nothing else.
These are examples of different font styles and an example of a name maybe, but I have chosen these ones because I liked them but I also asked a few of my target audience and agreed on these few as they liked them and shows it would appeal to the target audience. I think these fonts styles would standout from any type of background and also promote the type of music I am going to base my magazine on, plus they are big and bold so the target audience can actually read the title of the magazine. The one i would chose from these examples would be the 2nd one as I like it, plus it creative, artistic and imaginative which best represents the magazine and also shows what the music is like as well again linking it all together.
